We analyze each property: location, infrastructure, developer’s reputation, legal status.
We help with mortgages, document verification, and transaction support.
We don’t work on the “the main thing is to sell” principle: if a property doesn’t suit you, we’ll tell you straight out.
Why we don’t have a physical office — and why this is beneficial for you:
We don’t pay for rent for a large office and meet where it’s convenient for you — in the City Center, in Adler, in Khosta, in Lazarevskiy. We book meeting rooms throughout the city. This isn’t about saving money — it’s about mobility: we don’t need to invite you to our place; we come to you.
